Healthy Thursday – What do Workout Naturally’s trainers eat?

I am asked what foods I eat every week so I decided to take a picture of all my groceries this past sunday. We (Amy and I) shop mostly at Trader Joes, Lassens, and our farmer’s market down the street (we can walk to it!). I did not include the meat and fish we eat but I will include that in the master list. Hope this helps!

We buy NON-antibiotic/hormone free turkey and chicken, and 2-3 times a week we buy fresh fish at out local fish market (wild salmon, red snapper, halibut etc.)
