General Health, Motivation

Breakfast: Smoothie
1/2 fresh papaya
2 bananas
1/2 bag frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup coconut yogurt
1 cup coconut water
3 carrots
3/4 cup raw spinach
YES this tastes great. My 3 year old loved it and that’s proof!

Snack: homemade raw chocolate
coconut oil
raw cacao nibs

Lunch: Homemade Soup
Carrot, celery, onion, garlic
chicken broth
Kamut pasta

Snack: Cereal
puffed kamut cereal
rice milk
1 scoop smart fiber (wholefood supplement)

Dinner: Fish and veggies
grilled fresh wild salmon
romaine salad with oil and vinegar
